Diet Coke's Tickled Pink Campaign
I have barely had a moment to myself this week - preparations for the Bloggeration workshops have taken over my life! So a very welcome sit down to paint my nails and go through the December edition of Vogue (the annual gift guide! Yas!) was made even better with an ice-cold Diet Coke in their limited edition pink ribbon can. Not just for the aesthetics you'll understand, I'm not one of those people that goes crazy for all things pink (*looks around room and sees several pastel pink cushions, mugs, notebooks, etc*). Diet Coke's usual red ribbon has been swapped for a pink one to support Tickled Pink's breast cancer awareness campaign. This amazing charity has raised over £40 million for breast cancer care, which even if you don't know anyone in your life affected by the disease, I'm sure you'll agree is an astounding achievement, and a brilliant cause to get behind. You can give your support in so many ways (see their website), and one of the easiest, and downright refreshing-ist, is to have some Diet Coke.
For a limited time Asda will be selling 15-can multi-packs of Diet Coke with the pink ribbon design, and for each pack sold Diet Coke with give 40p to Tickled Pink. There's only 140,000 of these pink multi-packs, and that's alotta dough for Tickled Pink to support their brilliant cause. Get down to Asda pronto, and pick up Vogue whilst you're there, it's really good this month!
