Body Shop Haul
The Body Shop sent me some bits so I thought I'd do a haul for you. Don't you just love their beautiful smelling and hydrating products? If you haven't tried them, you need to get on board - The Body Shop make fairtrade products with good quality raw ingredients that aren't tested on animals and are 100% vegetarian. There's so much to choose from, and I'm often delighted with the results.
I'll save the make-up for another post, and just show you the beauty bits. Above are the Smoky Poppy Bath Bombs and Body Butter. I love the sleek, black packaging - very different to Body Shop's usual colourful style. I was expecting a bonfire-esque smoky smell, but these have a delicate floral scent. The poppy oil is nourishing, and the smell of it is said to be euphoric. I'm looking forward to this particular bath....
As a massive addict fan of green tea I was really excited to see Body Shop launch their Fuji Green Tea range. The Japanese style Bath Tea (above) combines two of my favourite things; green tea and baths. In fact I usually drink a mug of green tea whilst in the bath, so now I can bathe in it too. Containing real green tea, these salts are going to be great for the skin as well as super relaxing. The Body Scrub smells so crisp and fresh, and will be just the thing for polishing skin ready for (fingers crossed) warmer months.
I'm a sucker for sweet-smelling beauty products, and The Body Shop does these well. Above I have the Vineyard Peach Body Scrub and Body Butter which smell as good as you'd imagine. I cannot wait to try the Vanilla Soufflé Body Butter too, isn't it the best to wear these kind of body butters at bedtime and nod off smelling sweet scents. Just me?...
I also got the Brazil Nut Shower Creme and Body Butter. Brazil nuts aren't my favourite smell, but they're so nourishing, I know these two are going to be an intensely hydrating duo. I don't think I'll ever get bored of The Body Shop; the packaging is really cute, everything smells amazing and works well to soften skin, plus they regularly have new and exciting ranges.
